CCNY in New York City has started a new post-bacc program for career changers that fits 43 credits into 14 months. Their course breakdown is copied below. It's a rigid timeline, you start in June and finish the following Summer. Based on this, (and I am speaking as someone yet to start a post-bacc, and still learning about the app process), would it possible or advisable to take the MCAT and begin in the app cycle in the Spring/ Summer 2 Semester? Because it looks like the best course of action would be to finish this program, then take MCAT, then apply the following May, but under that scenario, this program's timeframe would effectively have you taking 2 gap years (I think?). Any thoughts on this?
