Hello everyone, newbie on the forum here 
I am a Canadian international applying to US schools (UToronto), I am currently finishing my 4th year and I will be applying during my gap year this summer. I would just like advice on a preliminary list of schools so I can prepare LORs and etc.
Ethnicity: Asian-Canadian
Stats:
1st Year: 3.64
2nd Year: 3.2476
3rd Year: 3.9
4th Year: 3.96ish
Cumulative AMCAS GPA: 3.664
Science GPA: Not exactly sure..should be a bit lower I believe ~3.6ish?
MCAT: 128/129/130/126 (Chem+Physics, Bio, CARS, Psych), 513 composite
ECs:
Leadership:
1. Biochemistry Student Union (Executive, 2 years)
2. Badminton Club (Founder and awarded best athletic club, 3 years)
3. Intramural Sports and Athletics (2 years)
4. Some other misc. clubs that I was involved
Research (No pubs, some experience)
1. Summer lab in National University of Singapore (summer exchange)
2. Volunteer lab assistant in cancer lab (1 year +)
Volunteer
1. 100ish hours at a local hospital
I'm also a professional Go (board game) player in North America so I spend a lot of time doing that. I personally would say this is my biggest hook.
1. Represented Canada in various international Go competitions (World Youth Championships, Mind Sports games, etc)
2. Teach and lecture for the American Go Association
3. Invited professional at various Expos and events
I'm working on improving more in my clinical and lab areas so I hope by the time I apply I will have filled up much more hours in those areas.
I am not so familiar with US MD schools so it would help if someone can identify whether the schools are reaches/competitive/safety that would help a lot. I am looking for a list of about ~30 and I will go from there.
My first list is the following (would like to cut down to 25ish):
