apply without ECFMG certificate

Hi, I'm an IMG. I got my cs score two days ago, so now my step1 step2 ck cs scores are complete. However, the ECFMG Certificate is still being processed. I applied today to internal medicine without the certificate. Should I email all the programs I applied next week when the certificate is ready? Thanks a million!
