I am looking to start using ZocDoc for my practice, but wanted to see if anyone here has had any good experience with the service.
I imagine that the app would target younger patients that may just want a routine exam and I foresee issues coming up with these not being covered by medical insurance and patients being upset about being charged out of pocket.
Also, its about $300-400 per month, so I would have to get a fair number of patients per month to make it worthwhile.
I can see this being a nice tool for optometrists, but I am curious how it would be of benefit to our specialty that tends to see older patients that aren't tech savvy.
