anyone starting a heme/onc fellowship in the fall? advice?

Hey, just wanted to get a thread going here, I am trying to decide if I should rank names/University over non name/community hospitals but great IM residencies with research funding (i.e. scripps, cal pacific, cedars vs. Pitt, baylor, Turfts, UCIrvine). Any thoughts on how improtant name is, are connections more important? I would really like to be in Cali for residency, but I do not want the lack of "name" to bring me down for fellowship.
