Any Canadian dentists doing/did post-grad training in US?

Was wondering if any CAD dental grads have gone into the US for post-grad speciality training there? If so, were there any barriers and challenges for you coming back to practice in Canada? Or did you stay in US?
Was considering OMFS specialities, which are usually 4 years long in US vs. 6 years in Canada.
