I don't know if this should be like one of those post that should be stickyed, along with dggopal's thread, but it would be nice, if both of ours were.
For NRIs, keeping private tuition (expensive) will help you out understand the subject and how to tackle the exams. I kept them for 1st year, but I started them 3 months before my final exam. I recommend every NRI should do this for all three subjects (Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry).
*NOTE: If you do decide to keep them, don't tell your classmates that you are taking tuition, or tell your professors this, because people will give you trouble even more.
I will post a list of books to be used for 1st and 2nd year MBBS soon. If you follow this, then its a guaranteed good score in the final exam.
