After exam anxiety

I did my ccs ok with 10 of the cases very well.3of my cases I diagnosed and treated after which I ordered some test for which patient refused.cases continued and patient improved also .how it impact on the final score.Do I loose all the 3cases or marks will be cut.The test which the patient refused was a little invasive I believe it was not required for the patient.But my patients improved and all the vitals got better as well.only thing was the test was refused by the patient.please let me know your input thank you.
