Advice on setting up Scrubbing Workshop?

I am helping my school's surgery interest group set up a scrubbing workshop to teach rising M3s how to scrub. Has any had experience in setting something like this up?

My school’s simulation lab runs this type of workshop for us. I’m starting M3 soon so I haven’t actually done this yet. Do you have a sim lab at your school that you could reach out to? They may be able to help.

There is probably an experienced OR nurse who has trained new students and residents to scrub for the last 20-30 years. Figure out who that person is and learn from them. Then either invite them to do the workshop or do what they show you
