Advice needed for this cycle!

Hey everyone so I have my application in for this cycle already with a 3.86cgpa and a 3.78sgpa and a 23mcat 6ps9v8bs. I want to retake the mcat in late August, but I do not know if I should mark it on my application now or wait and see if I might get some interviews from D.O. schools. What is yall's opinions? I am a Texas resident and am Hispanic. Thanks
