I would strictly talk about the experience. I don't think the extra drama is needed and I doubt adcoms call any people you list on your ECs. They already have enough work to do. If they ask why you only worked there for a short period of time I would tell them but other than that, save the drama.

Keep it positive. Do whatever you can to not bring this up. You can say you quit to focus more on other activities if your resume is pretty full. At most you can say that it was a toxic work environment and try to move on with little detail.
