Accreditation: ASPH vs. CEPH ???

What is the difference and which is better?
If a school is accreditated by CEPH but not ASPH is that good or bad?
The school that I'm interested in pursuing my MPH with is CEPH accredited but not by ASPH...not sure what it all means.
