Accepted to public schools in the same state

Curious to know why some choose one school over the other. I've been accepted to both USC and MUSC, and I'm having trouble deciding.

If you're in a similar dilema (esp. in SC), what are your thoughts?

Of course, I'd give my right arm to go to Yale!

i'm in a similar situation in fl right now. if i have to choose, i'll choose between them like i would any other two schools. you weigh all the factors and make a decision. of course that's not so simple, but you consider things like curriculum, facilities, reputation, cost, lifestyle, etc. that's easier said than done, but i don't know of any better way to approach the situation.
