I'm on a 2 week rotation which I figured would be very laid back and accommodating, but it's a little more time consuming than anticipated. This will naturally screw up my study schedule I originally had.
I have 2 weeks of this rotation, a week off, then july 9 USMLE and 12th COMLEX. Any advice on how to efficiently make up for lost time or suggestions on what to spend more time on?
My original plan was to:
- finish Step Up to Medicine (I'm over half way done, a chapter each day should have me finished by the end of this week)
- 2nd run through of DIT with step up to step2 3ed, If I start tomorrow as planned I'll have it finished a week prior to USMLE
- Questions along the way and crank out as many as possible.
I highly doubt I'll be able to accomplish this with the "updated" schedule of my preceptor. What changes would you guys make?
