Yea I would replace osteopathic schools with a few more mid-tier md programs...

As for your chances at reaches... yes its a slim chance but if you are able to explain the thkngs you have done in an extraordinary way and the stars a;ign there is a chance

I cannot think of any schools to add but I would not get rid of many of your midtiers.
