Nope - I applied just about 50% west coast and also haven’t heard anything other than a west coast program receiving my application. Interestingly this program said their “final submission date” was August 28th so I wonder if some programs are waiting until then to send out interview invites?!? Regardless good luck everyone!
 
Glad to know that I'm not the only one hearing crickets....

Otherwise, on 8/14 Spoke by phone with Brigham Div Chief, waiting on interview invite. also on the 14 I got the UCSF secondary, now crickets.

How do you know it’s the IM track? I saw no mention in the interview invite; I applied to both the IM/Peds and Peds-only tracks.

I'm IM-trained, but it didn't say. But I'd assume that if you are peds or med/peds trained, it's probably an invite for both (the site doesn't specify which fellow is which, and just lists 4 fellows each year). It looks like all fellows rotate at all the sites (note sure how much difference between the tracks), and then they list 3 (med or peds) and 1 (peds).

Does anyone know if programs send out all their interviews at once, or if they send them out in waves like for residency applications?
 
Seems like some programs are in waves, I got a Mayo invite this week, while some others were last week.

Not sure...I was just thinking about plain room background only. Bookshelf with Janeway and Middleton sounds like a good idea. Was wondering about the lunch session with fellows....are we suppose to bring our food and eat sitting in front of the screen? This is so weird.

Current fellow here! I think my program is giving applicants $$ to buy food... (that’s like the #1 thing i told them they should do) also I think the bookshelf thing is hilarious and would appreciate that

I am curious about our interview trail this year...I think it will be one of a kind... pretty much excited and nervous at the same time :xf::)
