2012 vs 2013 Rx Prep

I have the 2012 Rx Prep Book. Should I buy the new 2013 Rx Prep book? I think that the guidelines for anticoagulation were updated in April 2012 and were not in the 2012 book. Will this be on the exam or even in the 2013 Rx Prep Book?

Rxprep actually has a facebook page where the authors update more info on the book. Should try that to see what the updates are for this year.
