~1 month study plan?

Can anyone refer me to a solid 1 month study plan/schedule for the MCAT? any links to other forums or anything online if nobody minds? Thanks for the help!

If you are only planning on studying for a month, which most people would not advise, then your time would likely be best spent taking full length practice exams and finding your weaknesses that way, and brushing up your weak content knowledge with some Khan/chad's videos or TBR/TPR/EK books.
