Position Title: Lifespan neuropsychologist or testing psychologist. Full-Time preferred (32-40 hours/week); Part-Time considered.
Position Availability: Immediate with flexibility surrounding the start date.
Post-doctoral candidates (who have completed an APA/APPIC internship) and are working towards accruing supervised hours for psychology licensure in the State of Wisconsin are strongly encouraged to apply.
Position Description: In an effort to continue to serve our community by providing comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment in an inclusive and supportive environment, Madison Neuropsychological Services, LLC (MNS) is seeking a WI-licensed psychologist or license-eligible psychologist to join as an associate or postdoctoral resident in a group practice setting.
This is a W2 position. Competitive compensation is based upon a percentage of income received.
MNS is a well-respected group private practice located in South Central Wisconsin. The position is primarily assessment; however, there is the potential of maintaining a small therapy caseload. For licensed psychologists, there is the possibility to supervise graduate-level students as well as utilize a psychometrist, if interested.
Common referral questions include the following: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Specific Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Alcohol-Related Neurodevelopmental Disorders, as well as intellectual giftedness or delay, memory difficulties, and emotional/behavioral challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:
For full-time employees: Conduct a minimum of three evaluations per week (intake and feedback sessions are offered via telehealth or in-person).
For part-time employees: Conduct a minimum of two evaluations per week (intake and feedback sessions are offered via telehealth or in-person).
Complete neuropsychological report writing.
Supervise graduate-level trainees on assessment administration, scoring, and data interpretation.
Demonstrate professionalism by working as a team player alongside MNS staff, including office manager, owner/associate psychologists, psychometrists, and graduate-level trainees.
Operate in an ethical manner in accordance with the state and national guidelines (APA).

Flexible work setting, in-office or remote, however, all testing is completed on-site at MNS.
Competitive compensation (based upon production and percentage of income received; full-time expected salary is estimated at $75,000-95,000).

Required Qualifications:
Post-doc trainees seeking a WI psychology license are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must have obtained a Doctorate degree in psychology or a related field (Ph.D./Psy.D./Ed.D.).
Obtain a WI psychology license (in good standing) or be license eligible.
Prior training experience with neuropsychological assessment administration/scoring/interpretation (including assessment-focused practica, internship, and/or post-doc training).
