Does anyone have any experience with zygomaticus implants? Anyone ever heard of a correlation between meningitis, ischemic bowel, CVA, metabolic acidosis, delirium, and respiratory insufficiency associated with placement of these implants?

I think it has something to do with SILICONE leaking out of these implants...

There is some experience with zygoma implants at my program. They work well. I've never heard anything like this.

Hello: I've had some experience with Hydroxyapatite monoblocks for Chin and Zygomatic Augmentation, I know there are some newer brands made out of silicone. Actually these implants has to be made out of hard solid silicone. Now if a particular individual suffers or is allergic to silicone products the symthomatic evolution would be a bit similar, For Cerebral Vascular Accident (CVA) due to a partial or total interruption of blood supply revealing and showing some delirium post anesthesia, it seems that the patient had some complication post-surgical from either (hematomas, or post surgical infections,) an insufficient respiratory condition would lead to a metabolic acidosis by an increased of CO2 and lack of Oxigen which indicates me that maybe from the anesthesiology recup.? umm and with an increased CO2 may cause a malfunction of kidneys and consequently a loss of blood pressure(B/P), causing an ischemic bowel as to the rest of the vital organs. All the above conditions are reversible if treated within a short time and with the administration of the correct pharmacotherapy. Correct me if I am wrong.

Ok, just to clarify... my "leaking silicone" comment was a joke. I've got boobies on the brain. Yum.

Now what the hell are you rambling about???? You are constructing some ridiculous chain of events, that while "possible", probably remotely possible at best...

That's some funky peyote you are smoking dude

:D Lets see, for a sequence of events there must be a rationalized answer, specially if the given facts are considered true, up to a point! Now if I have to make a full disertation and then go through a series of Surgical scenarios and complications, for free! Just to make few "Geniuses" understand any possible surgical considerations, Ummm Is like my old professor use to say, "not every tooth yanker ought to be an OMS" :scared: Facts are that 85% of dentists are mediocre. the good professional are either teaching or far away practicing in a little town.

Ok I understand you say, given facts, which are true if stated correctly for possible.:( Facts are that 85% OMS yank teeth  and given opportunity, must exclusive zygomatic for use if in little town. Good professionals are in teaching and in practicing but must English know to not sound like Yoda.

sounds like an intern muttering gibberish (making and guessing stuff up) during a morning conference while being taken to town on physiology....of course, everything is wrong.
