Youtuber talking about his/her score?

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone had seen any youtube videos where the youtuber shared his/her score and experience? I want some encouraging advice videos to look at during my breaks

You could perhaps google/youtube Conrad Fishcer talking about residency application. I listened to him a while ago and he talked about importance of good scores… He's a PD himself and goes on to say that for him, scores are the only important thing.

So I found it motivating to listen to him. I'd recommend listening to his interview.
