All my LORs are in. Now I have to decide which to assign.

Assuming you are submitting 4 total, what do you think is the preferred combination? All EM? EM + Off-service?

Many PD's I spoke with last year said it's pretty good to have a non EM letter to show that you excelled and played nice in something other than EM. Especially, if it was medicine, surg, or even peds (but the other two were preferred).

All EM is OK. You are going into EM - it doesn't matter what a surgeon thinks about you. EP's know what to look for in EM residency prospects.
