Year Off!!

So I have the upcoming year entirely off. I already did my intern year and will be starting an anesthesia residency in 2011. Any recommendations on what to do?? I have many things in mind, but just wanted to see if anyone had something I hadn't thought of.

If it were me, I would take vacation or gain employment to save some money! Do all the things that you are not going to be able to do when you are working 80 hours a week.
