Yale-New Haven IM

Does anyone know if the IM program at Yale- New Haven accepts US-IMG's? The website only lists their Chief Residents and it does not say where they are from although it does have a little blurb about the requirements for FMG's. I was just wondering if they do in fact accept foreign grads or if this was just something they have to say to be PC.
