www.dl.ed.gov and www.dlssonline.com problems?

Anyone have trouble bringing up these DL websites? I haven't been able to even bring up these sites at all for the past week and I'm wondering if it's just me or if the sites are having problems.

Yes I was having trouble and then I searched bing.com and got it to work
