So plumping up her lips is illegal in California because it's elective and aesthetic, isntead of a life-threatening problem? Sounds like a bunch of bull****. I thought even Family Practice docs could do botox and the like if they mailed a check for a couple of grand to the Board of Cosmetic Surgeons (which will license any MD, regardless of training); so why not let oral surgeons, single or dual degree? Lame.
