Wrist/arm fatigue ever a problem?

I was wondering if Ob/Gyn doctors ever suffer from arm fatigue, particularly in the wrist area. And if they do, what are typically the ways they deal with it during examinations (i.e. do they just take breaks, do they have some sort of support device, etc)?
