Wound Care training after residency?

Can anyone speak intelligently about wound care training after residency -- I'm considering adding it to my practice so if anyone has any experience with post-residency training, certifications, billing, overhead costs, etc. I'd appreciate any input --- and I'm not in a position to do a fellowship.
