Medical Would I be considered a reapplicant if I didn't apply to this school last cycle?

Apologies if this has been asked before, but if I've applied to medical school before to multiple schools but not school X, and if school X asks me whether I am a reapplicant on their secondary, then is it ok to say no? Or would that be considered a lie?

If you haven't applied to X, then you're not a reapplicant there.

BUT if the prompt is nonspecific, then yes, you're a reapplicant.

So pay very careful attention to what the prompt is asking.
