Would a Walk In Give me a Decent Picture?

Figured best to post this where the most knowledge is about EM.

Just wondering if I shadowed in a walk-in clinic, which is usually staffed by a EM, would I get a decent picture of this field?

I've got a gig lined up for shadowing at a local ER, but I'd like to also see if the walk-in is worth it....

Anything else I should do in order to see how EM is?

Sure they are. 80% of what I do is walk-in stuff, except it's free for the patients since my hospital refuses to do the MSE followed by credit check.

If it is an urban location that accepts medicaid patients and has a strong customer service bias, I would recommend it highly.
