Worth reading BRS Cell biology and Histology before Physiology?

So I'm currently studying for step 1 and I'm planning on starting Physiology. My main question is would it be worth it to read BRS Cell Biology and Histology before going through BRS Physiology? As you can probably tell my foundation is a bit weak and I'm wondering if it is worth going through cell biology before physiology.
