Worst case scenario/step 2/ scramble

I am an AMG. I ranked 6 programs for the match. If push comes to shove and I have to scramble, what are my chances since my step 2ck results may / or may not be back in time (I just took it)? I was pretty comfortable with my step 1 results. My LOR were very good, my Dean's letter was average/ good. I could rank more programs?
