working opportunity in europe

hello there.
I am 4th year dental student in Japan. and I am very interested in working in foreign countries.
Can I work as a dentist in Europe with a Japanese dental license? Can I go to postgraduate courses?
I also wondering where can I get the information.
Please let me know...
