If I complete dental school in the United States and after I graduated could I go to the UK to practice or would I have to be re certified in the UK. I am already a citizen of the UK so immigration shouldn't be an issue.

No you can not you have to go through the same process that all foreign trained dentist go through .
Those who graduate from any European dental school could be eligible to practice in UK

Interesting topic. I am a dual citizen, American and British, but was trained in the US. I guess Europeans will treat foreign educated dentists like we do over here.

You have to give IQE exam to qualify practising in UK .
