just curious for those of you in cardiology fellowship for someone who is interested by the science but unsure of the clinical practice--

looking back, would you still pick the IM-cardiology route if you had an opportunity to be an MS4 again?

Do you wish you'd chosen something more benign like radiology or pathology?

Is there anything you'd wish you knew as a medical student that you know now?

Any general words of wisdom for someone considering IM-->cardiology?
