Will my MCAT score still be good when I apply?

I took the MCAT on August 20, 2016. I am planning to apply in June 2018 for the 2018-2019 application cycle. I read that schools want you to have taken the exam within 3 years of your expected matriculation date (I have also seen policies that say it needs to be within 3 years of applying)-- if I am planning to start medical school in Fall 2019, will schools still accept my scores since it is somewhat borderline time-wise? Thanks in advance!
