why score reports are missing

I had requested jiont commission to send my nbde part1 score report to differant schools in mid august. but i got letters from 3 differant schools that they haven't received it till now. when i called them & asked they ssaid the reports were send out on aug 25th. I dont know wats wrong. does this happen to everyone? is it the mistake of ada or the school i dont know. I probably will have to ask them to resend it but how can i be sure that it will reach the school. i think this system is ridiculous. BU told me to ask them to send it to me & then forward it to them without opening it. but NYU specifically want them to send it directly to them. should I do anything other than asking them to resend?

hi ya its so frustating.. i have faced this too.
ada will send the reports for free just talk to them.
myapplications also got late by a month because of this fuss.

i called ada & they agreeed to resend the reports free of charge within one week. so hoping it will reach them in time. thanks for the replies & good luck
