why frontal sinusitis is uncommon during first decade of life?????

Only the maxillary and ethmoid sinuses are present at birth and they enlarge during the first decade of life.

The frontal and sphenoid sinuses only begin to appear at 5-6 years of age, and they do not become fully developed until adolescence.

That's why frontal sinusitis is uncommon during the first decade of life.

GL :luck:
