which states dont require dmd or dds degree before board exams

hello
am an overseas dentist and i read that majority of the states require that the dentist who apply for the board exam should be graduated from us or canada school with dds or dmd degree
so which r the states that dont require that?
please help me in that ques. its very imp to know
