Which schools to apply to with high stats and low research?

For OOS MD schools, they usually do not take Texas residents as they have historically stayed in-state. You are a very strong student academically, and I would suggest applying to 5-10 OOS MD schools that you would consider attending over your cheaper IS options. WUSTL and Vanderbilt are good options in that they focus on high stat applicants for interviews.
