which schools do not accept CA residents

i am CA resident and i want to kno where to apply to jus wonderin which schools either do not accept CA applicants or barely accepts CA applicants?

probably only schools that take very few if any OOS applicants. I doubt there is any bias against CA residents; at the school I'm at currently (non-CA private school) CA residents are the 2nd most represented. Look at the MSAR for schools that don't take any OOS, and by default they therefore don't take any CA.
