Which programs to apply to based on a Step 1 Score?

I wanted to get some advice on figuring out which progams one would be most competitive at based on one's Step 1 score? It would be nice if we could get a list going where programs and average scores of that program. Or perhaps programs one matched at and the what their score.

I just want to make sure i apply to programs that I have a good chance of geting into without over or under shooting.

At AuntMinnie.com, you can search for old posts that rank programs based on competitiveness. Also, there are postings where applicants put up their stats -- Step 1, grades like AOA or 2nd quartile, research, med school, etc. -- and then list where they applied, where they got interviews, and even where they matched.
