i already read NEJM and Annals, obv, but am curious what critical care journal is most worth perusing on a regular basis.

I signed up for QXMD ad get notices when new articles are published in the below journals, I do not read basic science articles unless for some reason I am interested in that topic or performing research related to it. I also do not read things I think are generally accepted or are worthless in my mind (in essence I don't read every article faithfully from all the listed journals).

AMJRCC (a pulmonary favorite?)
Annals of int care
Chest (another favorite of pulmononolgists)
Critical Care (read regularly)
Critical Care clinics (reviews which are mostly good and read regularly as a fellow)
Critical Care medicine ( read regularly) i get this one with SCCM membership)
Heart & Lung journal of critical care
Intensive care medicine
Journal of Intensive Care
Journal of Trauma (read pretty regularly)
Neth J of Crit Care (new one for me and has surprised me)
Resuscitation (read regularly)

Just one man's opinions, there are too many journals to count.
