Where can I store my letters of recommendation?

Hi all I have an issue. I won't be applying for sophas until next year but already have my LORs all set. Where can I save these letters? I know interfolio will not work because the letters must be uploaded by the evaluator. Are there any other servers? Also, would it be possible to use interfolio but somehow be able to send it back to the evaluator (evaluator can still access the letter) so they can upload it when the time comes? And yes, I did ask my professors if they were willing to hold on to them. One asked me for a link to interfolio and I responded asking him to hold on to it. He hasn't responded so I feel like he would prefer to use a server.
