When to take the MCAT?

Hello everyone,
I plan on applying for medical school next June and I am unsure of when to take the MCAT. My options are studying over this summer, during the fall semester, and during winter break to take the MCAT in January or studying after the fall semester and taking the MCAT in April. My fall semester will be very busy so I will not have much time to study. What should I do? Is it beneficial to start very early or to cram in a 3 month period essentially?

if you can take these summer months to study and take it like end of august or so you should be good. studying while school is going on is harder

I thought about that but I'm missing physics 2 right now.
