I scored a 167 last month for the schools practice nbme . After a month of a lot of studying, I took NBME 13 today and scored 180. Im pretty disappointed because I wanted to get at least 190. I have ~6 weeks until my step 1. I am fine with 210s-220s but it seems like a reach. Based on a 13 point progression in a month, is it even likely I hit 220 or even 210?

I feel like a 15 point jump would be the max at this point for you. Why? Because you’ve already made the big jump of pre-study 167 to study 180.

I would talk to your school and see about maybe getting extra time, some tutoring, and maybe enroll yourself in a step 1 prep course.
