Would it be realistic to look for jobs immediately after match or should one wait until fellowship?

Depends on your specialty or duration of your fellowship. If 3 years, then it’s too early. If 1 year, not unreasonable to start looking near the end of residency.

Finishing up nephrology fellowship. Doing a 1 year CC program. Would January be too early?
