When taking the PCAT are we allowed to take a few second breather between exams?

When say the bio exam ends .. 30 minutes hits.. will the timer for the chem start right away or do we start this manually. If so, can we sit there in the test room for a minute perhaps take a deep breath, stretch in our seats, etc?

Also, I am thinking the answer to this is "no", but between subsections are we allowed to go use the restrooms?

What happens if we take a 16 minute break instead of a 15 minute break? Does the RC test start right away even if we are not in our seats?

You can go to the restroom between subtests, but the timer(for the ensuing subtest) will start and you will lose time.
