When should you use the CMS forms?

I cannot for the life of me find a solid answer online. Should you use the CMS (Clinical Mastery Series) forms before your shelf exam, during Step2 dedicated, or both?

It seems like it would be super helpful before shelves, but I haven't read almost anyone mention using it until dedicated (which seems like too much, imo).

I used them for the shelves. I think the people using them for Step 2 dedicated are IMGs who didn't take shelves.
