What's the deal with LIU?

I plan to attend pharmacy school AFTER I graduate from undergrad university. I plan to take the PCAT this January and start applying next June (end of my Junior year). Am I going to be considered a transfer applicant? What are the general GPA standards and PCAT standards they look at? My pre-req GPA I just looked is under 3.5.
